Reiki

Usai Reiki a Japanese term meaning Universal Energy, the client is fully clothed, seated or lying down in a comfortable position whilst hands are systematically placed above different parts of the body.

A traditional Japanese healing therapy based on the concept that energy flow exits within all living things. The aim is to bring about a balance of mind body and spirit to improve wellbeing and induce relaxation.

With no religious connotations, no belief system is necessary to practice or receive Reiki.

Spiritual Healing

Healers are thought to act as a channel for healing energy. A hands-off healing therapy that is a complementary not alternative treatment to conventional medicine.

This natural healing energy has no side effects and can be given with love to anyone. Everyone is different but the energy will adapt and flow where needed, with no two sessions ever being the same.
